mabendaba's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Big and burned Large is what I am and how I feel. Other than that, the baby dropped, so I am no so short of breath (and allergy season is winding down, so that helps too) and my heart burn has improved dramatically. I'm just big. Gaining 25 pounds in 20 weeks will wreak havoc on one's back, especially with all the hormones that make your joints go loosey-goosey. Oh, I want to petition my loyal readers (all two of them). All of a sudden, I get terrible razor burn in my armpits. I don't know what the deal is, but it's uncomfortable. So, tell me... how do you shave? I tried going just in one direction, but that was competely ineffectual. I tried using calming lotion right afterward, but that didn't help either. Today, I used a new razor, and that for sure wasn't the problem. I'm so fed up with it that I actually started pricing lazer removal. (Which is difficult to get an accurate estimate on because so many places have a per-zap pricing scale and who knows how many hairs I have under there.) I asked my husband about how he deals with razor burn, and he said to shave down on my face and up on my neck. I'm not sure this advice will be very useful. 11:28 p.m. - 2006-06-21 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
